A British woman has lost her bid to fight for rights to MICHAEL JACKSON's estate after a Los Angeles judge threw out her bizarre petition on Thursday (10Dec09).
Nona Paris Lola Jackson claimed she was married to the King of Pop at the time of his death in June (09).
But Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff told the woman by phone her petition was "replete with deficiencies".
He added, "You have no evidence you were married to Mr. Jackson."
Jackson first started making claims she was wed to Jackson in 2006 when she began legal proceedings alleging she was the mother of Jackson's three children.
