MICHAEL JACKSON's estate executors are demanding payment for work carried out since the King Of Pop's death in June (09).
John Branca and John MCClain have filed legal papers asking for a share of the fees they have earned so far, pending court approval of the full amount, according to TMZ.com.
The pair also want unspecified fees "for their extraordinary services".
Although the documents do not specify the amount Branca and MCClain ask for, they are entitled to a $188,000 (£117,500) fee for the first $25 million (£15.6 million) of the Thriller icon's estate.
A hearing has been scheduled for 4 January (10) to decide how much can be paid out.
