The late King of Pop moved into the gated, seven-bedroom Monte Cristo Way property in 2007 after declaring that his Neverland Ranch estate in California was no longer home following a police raid, which sparked his 2004 child molestation trial.

A British woman has lost her bid to fight for rights to MICHAEL JACKSON's estate after a Los Angeles judge threw out her bizarre petition on Thursday (10Dec09).
Nona Paris Lola Jackson claimed she was married to the King of Pop at the time of his death in June (09).
But Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff told the woman by phone her petition was "replete with deficiencies".

MICHAEL JACKSON's former landlord has joined the list of creditors demanding cash from the King of Pop's estate after revealing the pop superstar left his Las Vegas mansion in a state.
Aner Iglesias is demanding $234,000 (£146,250) from Jackson's estate to repair damages to the home he claims his late client caused.
